Boot Camp

Terry also runs private Boot Camps in which he uses skills he has developed from his army background.

Class Structure

The session normally starts offwith a half-mile run to the nearest park (warm up) followed by an all over body stretch, then moves on to warm up the body a bit more. After this students will be doing a circuit-style work out. This will be structured as follows :

  1. Press ups
  2. Sit ups
  3. Burpees
  4. Squats
  5. Shuttle runs
  6. Weighted exercises
  7. Toning
  8. Martial Arts exercises
New Students do not need to be in great shape to join Terry's Bootcamp!

Sessions are run on the basis that students simply do their best to achieve results using Terry's structured circuit-style method.

Those who put in the effort get the desired results!
